Bartender
We are looking for a committed, responsible person that understands the importance of running a bar safely and effectively. The suitable candidate will be dynamic and have an outgoing personality with a pleasant and professional manner. Prepare drink orders for guests according to specified recipes using measuring systems. Issue, open, and serve wine/champagne bottles. Set up and maintain cleanliness and condition of bar, bar unit, tables, and other tools. Prepare fresh garnishes for drinks. Stock ice, glassware, and paper supplies. Transport supplies to bar set-up area. Wash soiled glassware. Remove soiled wares from bar top and tables and place in designated area. Anticipate and communicate replenishment needs. Male Shower Room Attendant
Performs a wide range of duties to include cleaning the clubhouse and it's lavatories. This position attends to shower room needs of club members and guests. The hours for this position are Monday through Sunday 5:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m.
